What We Collect
When you send an enquiry, we store: your name, your mobile number, your email address if you give it, the unit you are interested in and your message if you write one, together with the page you sent it from, the language of that page, any campaign tags in its address (for example utm_source), the time you sent it and the network (IP) address it came from.
When you press send, your device opens WhatsApp with your enquiry written out to our sales line. The message is sent only if you send it in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp handles it under its own privacy policy.
Why We Use It
We use your enquiry only to answer it and to follow up with you about Nurai New Cairo. A notification of each enquiry is also sent to us by email. We do not sell your information.
Protection Against Abuse
To limit automated submissions, the website also keeps short-lived counters for each network address. Each counter is stored under a one-way hash of the address, not the address itself, and expires automatically within an hour.
Cookies and Third Parties
The website's theme sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party tracking, advertising or font services. If such services are added, this policy will be updated first.
How Long We Keep It
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and we delete it sooner if you ask us to.
